I haven't watched the movie, I am also a scaredy cat but I do like watching A Haunting sometimes, scaring myself lol. I read that the people who live in the house now wish people would leave them alone and that they have no problem with the house. The lady who family went through this horrific experience said the seance cleared the spirits out that's why there is no problems.
