I'm training for the Nike Women's 1/2 Marathon in San Francisco in October. I am just starting so I am only going about 3.5 miles in 1 hour on the tredmill 3 times a week. My cousin sent me some training programs that I need to look over and see how I should train but I think that most training programs assume that you can already run about 4 miles so I need to get up to that before I start the program.
