I have started training for a marathon! well actually a 1/2 marathon
5 K but let me tell you, it is a lot harder than it looks! I am still in week 1 of my training where I interval between 2 minute brisk walk and one minute run for 21 minutes total and I thought it would be a piece of cake, nu uh! I'm not in bad shape just running is new to me, I previously did pilates, and the elliptical but wanted to try something different so i started this running program, whew I feel the burn for sure! Any tips you guys have would be awesome!
