I would work very closely with my vet and make sure that he/she would be available to you "when the time comes". If you will be with her 24/7 from about day 57 through delivery, then I wouldn't schedule a "c" section, but would keep very close look on her and be ready for a dash to the vet if problems occur. Sections come with their own set of risks and problems and I am all for giving Mom a chance to deliver naturally if at all possible.
