I carried her into MAC, Nordstrom, Sephora, Victoria's Secret, and I can't remember the rest. All of them seemed fine with her and actually approached me to hold/pet her. As long as you just avoid the food court, you'll be okay. Oh, and recently I brought her with me to Jo-Ann's in Southcenter and they were also okay with her.
I think you can get away with a stroller anywhere! Even a carrier!
