I´m glad that you want to trust the poor little ones. And you are absolutely right - the dogs in foster homes are safe. They have not their forever home but the got attention, care, love and a warm bed. The poor dogs in the shelters are this ones whom I worried about so much. (Hope I have used the right words). I want to say thank you in their names!
