What happened to your Chi? Was it the cord, did it just stop working?
Many Chi's have had shorts due to a problem with the wiring, some were recalled so see if yours was one of them. Mine stopped working just after the one year warranty was up. My hairdresser where I bought it was nice enough to take it back and talk to her chi rep who gave me a new one free of charge even after the warranty was up. It is totally worth the try.
