Unfortunately, I don't know of what you can do or where you could report it. Puppy mills are, believe it or not, perfectly legal. Maybe someone else on YT can lead you in the right direction. |
Puppy Mills are LEGAL???? what i didnt know that...it is so sad. i heard on the news a 53 year old woman had about 10 cats and 36 dogs (puppy mill in her backyard) and she got charged/fine for it? i dont understand why are some legal and some NOT legal??
