Two things can be going on ....
The first is continued pain or discomfort
ask your vet if the dog possibly could still be in any pain
Dogs will sometimes even bite their owners if they are in pain
The other thing is a change in living conditions and surroundings
You dog might be confused with all of these sudden changes in it's life
Even though you have saved it ... all of these changes might be making her apprehensive and therefore aggressive
