Bingo. I would bet the cookies I just made that the shampoo is the culprit
Ryder has sensitive skin and I use a fatty acid soap/detergent-free shampoo that really does well for him.
If she has gotten over the rash, I would chuch that shampoo. Look for something soap-free and gentle, also avoid harsh fragrances.
