I am a stay-at-home Mommy to both my skin and furbaby's. I think it really helps with the housetraining, but that doesn't mean your efforts will go out the window when you return to work. What I do is set up an exercise pen with a crate for sleeping, food, water, and pee pads on the opposite side from the crate. It works really, really well. Puppy won't want to pee/poo where it sleeps or eats, so the only place left to go is the pads!
