I agaree with Kalina82, I would first check with Vet for UTI and if all is clear start back at step one. Sometimes they just need a little reminder. Also you might want to think has anything changed in her life, new people places things they are creatures of habit, and thinks that you might not see as a big deal can become one if not delt with right away.
