Check on Lithuanian animal restrictions before you buy a ticket. Some countries require a period of quarantine time before bringing a dog in. You really need to check on it. I was in Lithuania in 07. The hotel we were in was pretty nice. But European standards of hotels are not what they are in The USA. I would be concerned about where they would put a dog. You wouldn't want him quarantined anyway, regardless of the standards. |
