It looks like one of those neck pillows for humans, only it wraps around and velcros shut aroung the neck and they can't be stuggling to get out of your lap.....anyway, just wondering if anyone knew about these things.

I am trying to find one small enough. I use a small hand towel and roll it up and it works great. Teaching your dog the down and stay command is helpful when using a pillow and sure makes putting the bands and bows in easier.
