I like small dogs because when they do jump on you , it is not scary and you don't fall down!
I like small dogs because when they bark they are not going to tear your head off like a bigger dog "will"
Smaller dogs are easier to control

smaller dogs have quieter barks , "mostly"
Smaller dogs are fun to dress up
