That is so bad, I am not sure what the laws are in your State, but you may get something done becuase of the number of dogs he has. Did you buy a puppy?? I would hope not, because that is what keeps them going. But here is some info, I don't like cageing thing, but by law it is ok as long as they have room to move around. For as food, they should get feed 1 or 2 times a day, not have food out all the time. But they should have water all the time. I have an indoor kennel out back, I think is set up very cute. I have AC out there and fans, here in Alabama I just have the fans going now, he has not got hot here. My dogs have doggie doors. But anyway getting back to him. You may call the humane society, if that don't work call your vet and ask him what to do. It is all up on the Laws of where he lives. I hate this because this is what gives all breeders a bad name. |
