Sorry for the delay in response guys...

It wasn't the MOST horrible thing I had seen...the yorkies I saw were healthy "looking" not mangy or anything that you see in the horror story puppymills of horrible neglect. They did have food, BUT they are in this shed in stacked cages...not TOO cramped, but in the GA heat it is sad that they have to be outside...He did have a fan running, but it was still sad.

He has WAY too many breeds out there, AND he mentioned that there were like 200 out back, which I don't even know what that means if it's grown dogs that he breeds?

He was cleaning out one of the sheds when I was there because on of the dogs got parvo and he wanted to prevent the other dogs from getting it so he moved them out...

I dunno...It was a family run business and it was this old man...
