I have tried gel and a hair spray for dogs...(put on my finger then dabbed on the hair) NOTHING has worked...as much as I didn't want to, I had to trim the hair that sticks up in their eyes. Sadie doesn't have a nice coat, it is almost kinda coarse feeling. So...her hair doesn't lay flat around her face. I had to cut her's quite a bit. It really doesn't look bad at all...Lillie has a silkier coat that lays nice....I trimmed around her nose, where the hair sticks into her eyes, and you can't even tell.
