I ban Mike for insinuating that I am some kind of dog and would appreciate a bone with my morning coffee. If Courtney is #1 she deserves major credit after hanging out with the likes of you. I still haven't figured out who really is teaching Eddie all the cool tricks. Trust me I will and once I do am outing you for the fraud you are.
