I had her for a couple of weeks till her new owner came back from CA, then drove her to her new home. Emma is the sweetest, most loving dog. I fell in love with her. I cried the 40 miles home after dropping her off and I still really, really miss her. Her new mom totally loves her, too. She teaches at a college, but on the internet so she is home a lot with Emma. She goes to a near by doggie boutique and gets things to spoil her new baby. Cindy (Chattiesmom) was so wonderful to make a harness for Emma before we went to get her so she could be buckled into the carseat on the long drive home. I ordered it expecting to pay but Cindy made it a gift for Emma. What a sweetie. So, hopefully Emma will be with her new mom forever and if she can't be, she will be coming back to live with me. |
