I had ordered a couple of items that I thought were cute for a GE when I got some things for Ben last week. But with people being so specific as to what they want and what they don't want, I don't know if I can even use them. It looks like the first-timers are less picky. We just want to play! LOL! And we are going to have fun doing it! |
I agree! I just think it will be a really fun thing to do. It's always fun to create a surprise for someone else. As far as specific things, there are a few limited things that I don't want (like snakes) for strictly personal reasons but I know the process will be fun. I don't have a problem with others enjoying/liking those cross and skullbones garments, etc. but I can't get past the old mentality of them being the symbol for poison...LOL (I know I'm weird like that...thoroughly modern in some things but so "backwards" in others.) My extra info will be things I "please" don't want rather than do want. I;ve been doing like you...when I order our Yorkie something, I've added another (if affordable) but I'm waiting to see who we get before picking a garment. I've primarily bought non-gender toys so far but I've noticed some don't want toys either...LOL If I get someone who doesn't want toys, I'll just be that farther ahead on the next gift exchange. Sooner or later, it's bound to even out...LOL
