I don't think HD would be a problem since I'm wanting to go, and I am the HD.
I love the (Tampa) private lots idea and I would even push a 15 pound limit for none yorkies. I friends have a 20 boston terrier and she runs over my fur-butts. I would prefer June 12 weekend. In my county LEE which is about 2.5 hours south of Tampa, school isn't out till the 10th.
You can count 2 humans and 2 fur-butts.
