My puppy is almost 5 months... The X-Small Puppia harness is the right size but the Small is an inch and half bigger on the neck.

I know I sound so annoying and I'm getting annoying writing about this... but I bought the Small for her and it's WAY TOO BIG... The question is will she get bigger? I'm looking at her paws and they are small. I want her to get bigger so that she can wear the harness but yesterday when I put the harness on her her front paws made out of the harness!

I have another harness so I don't mind keeping it but if she won't grow into it I want to return the harness.
