if bile acid test is normal it could be sonething else neurological...primarily vestibular. Head tilt, not being able to stand, and circling and rolling are also signs of a central vestibular problem. What do her eyes look like? Do they constantly move abnormally from side to side or up and down?
Like I said, I more so suspect liver shunt but vestibular is another possibility
