I'm so sorry about your baby. My main suspect is liver shunt. It's very prevelent in yorkies. Signs are failure to grow, picky eating, GI upset, hypoglycemia, seizures, head tilt, circling, head pressing, etc. I would run a full blood panel and do a pre and post meal bike acid test to check liver function. I would also do a urinalysis to check for crystals and stones.
