I think this is wrong. If you have not bought a puppy from this lady how can you review her. It is just hear say!
If you really have proof of her doing something wrong you need to give her your name and number. I have not seen any proof of wrong doing. Brokering puppies may not be right but it is not illegal. Advertising Teacup is not illegal. Alot of older breeders us this term and mean nothing by it. It is the same as saying tiny to them.
