Good luck to you...we just finally finished unpacking yesterday. I drew a big sign (propped against the mailbox) on the old driveway- when we had everything we wanted out and said FREE. Everything was gone within 4 hours. I saw someone come back after inititally driving away with a trailer to load up a big desk! Down to a pair of shoes!! Just start one room at a time. Although the smell of paint is really strong right now!!
