Absolutely. Diarrhea and vomiting = dehydration.

Was she seen by the vet for the diarrhea? and then given the medicine by the vet? and now is vomiting? Please let your vet know about it - today. She could have picked up something on the floor as you mentioned. It's not something I'd let go over the weekend. Keep us posted.
