Mia came home tonight licking her vaginal area so much. She spent the afternoon at my friends house that has 4 yorkies.

I am not sure when this happened. We just returned from a vacation at my friends that has a male yorkie( 9 months old) that just would not leave mia alone. He kept biting on her hind leg and that area when playing, he would not stop chasing her and play biting. I tried to stop this as much as possible believe me.

I tried to look and saw on the edge of her vaginal opening what appeared to be an ulcer.

I gave her a bath, to clean the area without touching it. Can I use neosporin? What should I put on her?

She is 14 months old, fixed never had a season.
