ALL 3 of my dogs HATE dog biscuits. They HATE THEM!. They only like chewy moist treats so based on your list I would go with the puperoni twist. BUT if I may recommend- my dogs favorites are beef and cheese canine carryouts.
As for the toy I have something similar to the bumble ball and it is the most entertaining thing ever! For both the dogs and myself!(it soooooo fun watching them play with it)
My dogs also like anything that squeaks
