When I got Chester I trained him on pee pads (because I wasn't allowed to have pets in my apt
). When we moved a month later, we transitioned to going outside. Now he goes outside all the time. I honestly don't think he would ever go on a pee pad again. When it rains really hard out I put a pad out just in case, but he never uses it. He'll just hold it until the rain lets up a bit and I can take him out.
