Oy, I was just thinking today, while walking Chester in 40mph winds to go potty, that I take this dog out in every kind of weather. When it snowed nonstop for two weeks here to the point you could barely see and the snow was higher than he was, I still took him out. He LOVES the snow!
I honestly don't even think that he would potty on a pad if for some reason we couldn't go outside.
