YorkieMom- teapots are what we call our "larger than standard" yorkies.
It's not a technical term, just a cute nickname...I actually never heard about it until I joined here.
About weighing my pups, I use my digital postal scale that I have. It's tricky to get them to stay still long enought, but it gives a very accurate weight.
