I live in germany but would be a chance for me to got one of these dogs? I would like a dog with handicap no matter if he is blind, deaf or very old. and needs medical treatment. Most of the Rescues here do "home checks" and speak with your Vet, and you need references, etc. They are very careful, because they need to insure the dog is going to a good home, and is the right match for that person, or family.
