Noah is having FHO (Femoral head osteoectomy) surgery today.
A couple of month ago my fiance rolled over on him and he hadn't been walking right ever since. I took him to the local vet and they said that he may or may not need to surgery since he was so small. I didn't like the uncertainty of that answer so I took him elsewhere, where they confirmed breakage in the femoral head and that surgery would be necessary. I am very nervous about this. The vet said that they would call me with any complications or if he thought additional ACL surgery would be needed today as well. I was just wondering if anybody else had experience with this type of procedure to ease my mind.
