I live in a smaller town and in the 2nd poorest county in Ohio. I could report all I wanted, and nothing would get done.
Kinda sad but it is true! I would have to have some pretty damning evidence to get someone in trouble around here for puppy mills or animal cruelty. Although, I would still report, and keep on and keep on and keep on. I just cannot fathom how anybody could beat or mistreat an aminal????
