Yes, I walk Chester in the rain. Well normally just sprinkling or light rain. I didn't know it was raining this morning when I took him out, and he walked outside and turned right back around, lol. I would like to find him a raincoat. I feel terrible that he gets all wet. I try to keep it quick but he is never in a rush to do his business.
