Ha! Thor is the same way. I've gotten him two different rain coats, booties, even a doggie umbrella. He still hate, hate, hates the rain. It wasn't such a big deal this year because San Francisco was so dry, but I'm not sure what we're going to do for exercise during next year's rainy season.
