We have a few houses we rent out. My husband had a no pets rule,
well that all changed, because a few called the here at the house because he was out of his office. They asked me about pets, I told them sure you can, I love them. They did tell me about the lease stating no pets, I said oh well, I'm the wife, and you just pick up after your baby, and I'll make sure it's ok.
LOL, We have now taken the NO PETS out of the lease!
