Just adding another voice to say "get rid of the hot dogs!" That momma needs good nutrition now more than ever. The puppies are going to take all they can from her. Make sure she has only nutritious things to chose from. Home cooked chicken and brown rice is usually a winner when nothing else works. If she won't take any dairy product, you can add puppy milk replacement powder to her food or give her half of a Tum's everyday. That will keep her calcium up. A little Nutri-cal will keep her blood sugar up if she is just not eating enough. But only offer things that are good for her. She will eventually eat something.

I can tell you from experience how quickly a new momma dog can go down. It is important to keep their energy up.
