I think like everyone else has said,,, get all the info,,, and document itall.and Yes report it,,, If it is legitimate,, then they will handle it,,,if not,, hey, better to have tried and be safe,,rather than NOt try and something awful ends up happening. How bad would you feel then.
I love to watch animal cops,, and would LOVE to have that job,,, BUT,, I know I would loose my cool, and end up choking someone,, or degrade them on their stupidty... But, SOME people ASK for it! ~~ I just dont think the fines and penalties are ENOUGH for what they have done.
