I remember reading something about this awhile back.
It was about getting dogs from shelters and doing animal testing or something.
I think MSU is into animal testing but can't remenber exactly if they were the ones taking dogs from shelters.

Oh, I think it was some third party "rescuing" these dogs and selling them to MSU? Maybe it is false though.
