 Yorkie With Incision
We did have a Yorkie who had an incision after just having had a litter. Her incsion repeatedly opened and we were able to finally get repaired. The little girl I was talking about is now fully recovered, and has a beautiful coat. She had lost her hair due to malnutrition and is now thriving. She currently is located in the midwest with one of our former members. She had a very difficult time of it but, is now doing fantastic.
There may have been another Yorkie with similiar problems. This no doubt happens frequently with back yard breeders. Just last month we uncovered one more or less, right under our noses. The female lost her entire litter of 5 babies and almost died. Why these people continue to breed is beyond me. I can only imagine how many we do not hear about and those that do not receive any treatmen at all.
