Wow that was horrible to watch. I've never heard a dog make those kinds of noises. It's is wonderful that he is doing better. If you still have problems with him getting constipated you should ask your vet for some lactalose because it will make the poop come out right after he eats and it will be soft, not hard. I hope he continues to get better...he is adorable!
