carmengamble- I love your color schemes. And yes, a paint job does wonders. When we bought our house, the master bedroom was blue. ugh. We painted it a light brown with white trim, kind of like you did your painting.
I need to dig out some more pictures. We re-did our living room and completely remodeled the master bath.
