When I 1st got Momo, he had kennel cough & whenever I took him to the vet, he didn't make those noises. The vet listened to me (I described in detail & even gave her the times - it's really bad in the early mornings) & prescribed antibiotics. You should take your baby back to the vet...if left untreated, it can lead to pnemonia & in severe cases, death.
