Oh I know how frustrated you are! My Shih Tzu, Lola, came into heat, then waited a whole year to come into heat again. She came into heat, and refused to be bred. I held her and everything (I have a nice story on here about nearly getting my eye "shot out" if you do a search and need a good laugh) and it DID NOT happen. To my surprise, she actually came into heat again 5 months later, instead of a year. This was just a month ago. I was so happy, and thought for sure, now that she is nice and mature, that it would happen. It didnt. I was so dang upset and discouraged!! I am doing all my AI research now to prepare for her next heat. It is so very upsetting and discouraging. She just does not want to do it at all. I am hoping that when Lilly comes into heat next time she will allow Diesel to breed with her. I am hoping Lola didnt have a talk with her and get her on her team
