Apple uses the puddle pad, or somewhere near the puddle pad , but if we happen to be outside, and she needs to go, she goes...I got Apple at @ 11 weeks, and I work, so it was out of necessity...I've always trained my pups, successfully, to go outside, but circumstances are different now (I work), so puddle pads it is
