I think you need to ask for the help of your vet...you could end up hurting your female if you try this at home.

It sounds to me like you're going to wait for the next heat if they won't do this naturally. I've found that if you leave them alone and supervise from a distance they will find a way for nature to take it's course. I also believe everything happens for a reason...if it doesn't work out this time maybe it will next time.

Please see your vet for assistance with this.
