Ellie does fine on all surfaces.
We have vinyl wood planking (scratches easily but cheap and looks okay), linoleum and a small amount of tile. She has walked on laminate and did fine. I find that smaller dogs don't have a problem on hard floors and larger dogs do.
The vinyl wood planking (not really recommending) is peel and stick and you really need to use extra glue to keep it down. If it is done right, urine cleans up okay. Sometimes it holds a smell but a peroxide, baking soda and dish soap mixture take it out.
I had heard somebody say don't do laminate with dogs because it scratches easily.
